After you have signed up on line you will be mailed or hand delivered a Happy Bin Cleaning welcome package.  Your package will contain customized Happy Face sticker(s) which you will need to stick to the lid of the bins you want us to CLEAN, DISINFECT and DEODORIZE.  These stickers will identify your bins with a unique customer number which will help us know which bins need to be cleaned and how often.  Your unique customer number will also help you identify your bins from your neighbours bins.  Then we will clean your bins the next time we are in your neighbourhood on a double city garbage and compost pick up day.  All we ask is that you keep your bins curb side until 8:00 to give our cleaning technicians time to turn your stinky bins into Happy Bins.
